Identified - We wanted share a recent update we learned about regarding the delay in DOT data processing, which affects how L&I (Licensing & Insurance) data gets processed by 3rd party systems, including RMIS.
As mentioned previously, the DOT has implemented a new procedure for delivering FMCSA L&I files, resulting in delays with the latest carrier authority status information. This delay is estimated to be around 14-15 hours.
We are actively collaborating with the FMCSA to improve the efficiency of this process and minimize any inconvenience to you.
Your patience and understanding during this transitional period are greatly appreciated. If you have questions or need more clarification, please contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager, who is here to assist you.

Investigating -
RMIS has detected a problem with the data received from FMCSA today. As a safety precaution for you, the team has stopped the data import. Until this is resolved, status information for RMIS carriers could show as "not available” in RMIS but “active” on SAFER. We are actively working on correcting this data as quickly as possible to minimize impact on your business.
